What to Bring
- Valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID)
- Social Security Number (required for FBI Background Check and Live Scan services)
- ORI number from your agency (required for Live Scan — your employer or licensing board provides this)
- ATF Form 4 or Form 1 (required for NFA fingerprinting and ATF eFile services)
- Any paperwork, forms, or instructions your requesting agency provided
