By using our services or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Appointment Policy
All services are by appointment only. Walk-in appointments are not accepted. Appointments must be booked online through our scheduling system. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Identification Requirements
A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all services. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification cannot be provided.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Limitation of Liability
TruIdentity Screening Solutions is not responsible for delays in processing times caused by the FBI, ATF, or other government agencies. Processing times are outside of our control once your fingerprints have been submitted.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
